About US

Titan Services Ltd. was built on a simple belief: equipment alone doesn’t determine the success of a project. The experience, decisions, and people behind that equipment do.

Our background comes from decades of hands-on experience in heavy equipment, field service, maintenance, construction, and industrial operations. We’ve spent years on the same side of the job as the customers we serve, where downtime costs money, schedules matter, production matters, and the performance of every contractor affects the people working around them.

That experience shapes the way Titan operates today.

We don’t want to simply provide equipment and labor. We want to understand what our customer is trying to accomplish, where our work fits into the larger project, and what we can do to help keep that project moving.

We’re not here just to put equipment on your job. We’re here to help move your project forward.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE EQUIPMENT. ACCOUNTABILITY BEHIND THE NAME.

WHY TITAN?

EQUIPMENT IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

Today’s contractors have access to increasingly capable equipment. Good equipment matters, but we believe it should be expected.

Great equipment is expected. Experienced people are the difference.

An experienced operator understands more than controls and specifications. They understand changing ground conditions, equipment capabilities and limitations, underground infrastructure, jobsite coordination, production expectations, and when an approach needs to change.

They also understand that production isn’t simply about working faster.

It’s about making good decisions, minimizing unnecessary downtime, protecting the infrastructure around the work, communicating with the customer, and completing the scope safely and efficiently.

At Titan, the equipment is a tool.

The experience behind it is what makes it productive.

YOUR PRODUCTION MATTERS TO US.

When Titan arrives on a project, we’re not looking at it as another truck, another operator, or another billable hour.

We’re looking at what needs to be accomplished.

What does the customer need completed?

What is the schedule?

What is holding up production?

What does the next crew need from us?

What can we do to make the operation more efficient?

And what needs to happen today to keep tomorrow’s work moving?

That mindset allows us to work alongside our customers instead of simply working for them.

We understand that when our equipment is on your project, our performance affects your schedule, your production, your reputation, and ultimately your bottom line.

We take that responsibility seriously.

RESPONSIVE BY DESIGN.

Construction and industrial projects don’t always operate according to a perfect schedule.

Conditions change. Priorities move. Crews get ahead. Crews get behind. Emergencies happen. And sometimes a customer simply needs an answer.

Titan is structured to remain responsive when those situations arise.

Our customers shouldn’t have to navigate unnecessary layers of management just to communicate with someone capable of making a decision.

We believe in being accessible, flexible, and responsive, while maintaining the personnel, equipment, and capabilities necessary to support demanding projects.

That gives our customers the personal attention and flexibility of a local contractor with the experience and production mindset required for major industrial and infrastructure work.

COMMUNICATION IS PART OF
THE SERVICE.

We believe communication is just as important as the equipment we bring to the project.

Some of the most expensive problems on a jobsite don’t begin with equipment failure. They begin when people stop communicating.

That’s why communication at Titan starts before our equipment arrives and continues until our work is complete.

Our customers should know who is coming, when we’re coming, what we’re doing, how the work is progressing, and immediately when something changes.

If we encounter a problem, we communicate it.

If conditions change, we communicate it.

If something could affect production or the schedule, we don’t wait until the end of the day to bring it up.

And if something requires management’s attention, our customers should be able to reach someone who can actually make a decision.

Clear communication. Direct accountability. No unnecessary layers.

OUR VALUES SHOW UP IN THE FIELD.

At Titan, values aren’t words we put on a website because they sound good.
They’re expectations for how we conduct ourselves.

INTEGRITY

We do what we say we’re going to do. We communicate honestly, conduct
business fairly, and protect the trust our customers place in us.

ACCOUNTABILITY

If we’re responsible for something, we own it. When something doesn’t go according to plan, we’re more interested in finding a solution than finding someone to blame.

HUMILITY

We believe confidence comes from experience and performance, not ego.
We don’t need to walk onto a project pretending we’re the only company capable of doing the work. We respect the experience of the people around us and remain willing to listen, learn, and adapt.

RESPECT

Every project involves multiple companies, trades, crews, and personalities working toward the same objective. We treat our customers, their employees, other contractors, and the communities where we work with respect.

COMMUNICATION

We communicate clearly and directly because customers shouldn’t have to chase their contractor for information.
If you call Titan, we want you to know what’s happening with your project

WE WORK WITH THE PROJECT, NOT AGAINST IT.

Titan understands that we’re rarely the only contractor on a jobsite.

We’re one piece of a much larger operation.

Our responsibility is to work alongside general contractors, subcontractors, utility owners, other service providers, inspectors, project management, and field crews to help accomplish the customer’s objective.

We don’t believe another contractor has to lose for Titan to succeed.

There will be projects where multiple providers are necessary, where another company is already established, or where the customer’s schedule requires everyone to work together.

We’re comfortable with that.

The project comes first.

Our job is to perform our scope, communicate with the people around us, represent our customer professionally, and contribute to getting the project completed.

RELATIONSHIPS OVER TRANSACTIONS.

We’re not interested in earning one job.

We want to earn the next phone call.

That doesn’t happen because of a slogan.

It happens when you answer the phone.

It happens when you show up when you said you would.

It happens when your operators perform.

It happens when you communicate when something changes.

It happens when you own problems instead of making excuses. And it happens when the customer realizes they have a contractor they can depend on. We want Titan to become the company our customers know they can call when something needs to get handled. That relationship has to be earned, and we intend to earn it one project at a time.

MORE THAN HYDRO EXCAVATION.

Hydro excavation is an important part of Titan, but it doesn’t define the limits of our experience or capabilities.

Our services include:

Hydro Excavation
Precise excavation and daylighting around utilities, infrastructure, and sensitive underground facilities.

Conventional Excavation
Experienced personnel and equipment supporting excavation, site work, backfilling, and related construction needs.

Transportation & Hauling
Transportation and hauling capabilities that help support equipment, materials, debris, and project logistics.

Project & Site Support
Flexible field support built around the changing requirements of construction and industrial projects.

Our broader construction and heavy-equipment background allows us to look beyond the individual task we’re performing. We understand that what we accomplish today often determines whether another crew can be productive tomorrow.

BUILT TO GROW WITHOUT LOSING WHAT MATTERS.

Titan is growing, but growth alone isn’t the objective.

We want to build a company capable of supporting increasingly demanding projects throughout the region without losing the responsiveness, accountability, communication, and personal relationships that helped build the company in the first place.

As our equipment fleet grows, our capabilities expand, and our team gets larger, those principles don’t change.

We want to remain close enough to our customers to understand what they need and capable enough to deliver when they need us.

Small enough to remain responsive. Experienced enough to understand the work. Capable enough to produce.

THE TITAN DIFFERENCE.

We don’t believe customers should choose Titan because we claim to be the biggest.

We don’t believe owning equipment that other contractors can also purchase makes us different.

And we don’t believe simply showing up qualifies as exceptional service.

We believe the difference is what happens after we arrive.

It’s the experience of the people operating the equipment.

It’s understanding production instead of simply accumulating hours.

It’s communicating instead of leaving the customer wondering.

It’s responding when conditions change.

It’s taking accountability when something belongs to us.

It’s respecting the other contractors working around us.

And it’s understanding that while we’re on your project, our performance becomes part of your performance.

That’s why customers should call Titan.

Not simply because we have the equipment.

Because we understand what needs to happen after the equipment gets there.

GREAT EQUIPMENT IS EXPECTED.

EXPERIENCED PEOPLE ARE THE DIFFERENCE.
